1 open Independence_Day frame * 2 * REDUCTION it to 535 px paste it and move it into the center

2 open Independence_Day * 39 * and it REDUCTION on 239 px and shove it down

3 open Independence_Day * 46 * REDUCTION it to 360 px and move it to the bottom left

4 open Independence_Day * 20 * and it REDUCTION on 200 px and shove it down

5 open Independence_Day * 5 * REDUCTION it to 245 px and shove it right down to the frame

6 open Independence_Day * 38 * REDUCTION it to 250 px and move it to the bottom right

7 open Independence_Day * 4 * REDUCTION it to 93 px and move it to the bottom left

Duplicate and move it next to

9 * 65 * REDUCTION Independence_Day open it to 180 px and move it to the left

erase the stem away something

Select embed all objects as a single object

and sharpen

now copy and your sign on it
