open an image 800 x 800 

copy the mask and paste 

use for your elements a slight drop shadow

then let's get started 

1. open element 82 resize to 684 x 226 and shove it down 

2. open element 79 resize to 272 x 276 and move it to the left 

3. Turn Edit opening member 84 and reflect change the size to 485 x 701 and move it to the left 

(go look at my preview) 

4. open element 94 resize to 126 x 367 and push it down into the center 

5. open element 29 resize to 272 x 152 and move it to the bottom left 

Turn edit duplicate and flip and move it to the bottom right 

6. open element 71 resize to 403 751 and move it to the top right 

(go look at my preview) 

7. open element 80 resize to 407 X359 and move it to the bottom left 

8. open element 01 resize to 418 x 219 and move it to the left 

9. open element 42 rotate edit and reflect mirror horizontally and change the size to 130 x 247 and move it to the right 

10. open element 11 resize to 100 x 207 and move it to the right 

11. open element 45 resize to 137 x 109 and shove it over element 11 

12. open element 47 resize 235 x 303 and shove it down

13. open element 55 and move it to element 84 

14. open element 85 and move it to the top right edit and duplicate rotate flip and move it to the top left 

15. open element 81 and move it to element 84 

16. open element 62 resize to 190 x 76 and shove it down 

 17.  open element 51 rotate and flip 180 degrees to change the size to 315 x 116 and move it up in the middle 

Now open your tube

and move it to the right 

Select all objects 

integrated as a single object 

sharpen 

Copy and your sign on it
